POOR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have purchased a 10\ mobicel from a Game store. 2 months while using this tab the screen goes all white. i switch it off wait for a day or two. i put it back on and all looks good. 1 month later it goes totally off. white screen again. i send it back to Game for be sorted out. Gams says that its out of warranty and it needs to go back to the supplier for repairs. <br> today the repair center calls me and says that it have physical damage and the screen is cracked. this is not possible coz this tab was in the cover that was given with the tab. i have mentioned to them
