Poor Communication and Savice of the company

I had a problem with my mobicel Tablat that i took to Sport scene where i bought it, for repairs and they send it to Mobicel the brand that i bought within 8 days the phone was back fixed but did not last even 2 weeks and something else was damaged. I took the Tablet back to the store on the 20 October 2015 and they send the Tablet to Mobicel however this time around it did not come back , i called them they promise to give me a new tablat as they not able to fix that one. i went to the store at the date we agreed on to get my tablet but it was not there , i Called them they transferred me from one department to another with no explanation as what happened.
