Phone Repair went wrong

I am unhappy after my phone was booked for repairs with mobicell ,it was not fixed i understood as that fault it was found to be my sons, as it was water damage, its fine i asked for the phone to be returned as the repair price was the same as the selling price .Now the phone is back the *****s are loose i dnt know now why is that.im so unhappy as now the 3rd party will also charge me more
