Patiently waiting 6 months for repairs

I bought a Mobicell heroX tablet @ a foschini in vereeniging , 5 months later the tab had a charging problem. As it was under warranty I took it in for repairs. When I took it to a foschini in vereeniging it was September 2015, with A charging problem only today in March they tell me I need to pay R800 for repairs of a cracked screen. I have refused to pay this amount after calling and calling these people are take me for a ride. <br> How exactly should one wait for repairs I write this now there's still arguments about this matter and a lady called Sara is the one I was talking to from Mobicell she's not a kind pedi speaking lady who still needs to be taught telephone etiquette. <br> With all those problem this includes the cracked screen that I don't know about.
