Pathetic Service

I have never in my life experience pathetic service as i have with a so called repair centre. I have purchased a Mobicel X4 on the 08/09/2018 yet it has been in for repair 3 times and nothing has been done. Everytime i collect the phone i recieved a report stating software updated yet the phone indicates that couldnt install system update. Heaven only knows what software is being updated. Then i take the responsibility on myself to actually do the update via wifi and then the phone restarts and error occurs. Im sick and tired of having to book the phone for repair and getting no satisfaction. This was just a waste of money, time and data. I REFUSE TO TAKE THIS PHONE, I WANT A NEW ONE OR REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!!
