P11 mobicel

I bought my daughter a P11 on the 30th of November 2024, on the 9th of Jan I had to take it back to pep cell Alex Mall cause the speaker stopped working and it was over heating and shutting down, I had to fight tooth and nail to get feedback and it was brought back 19 February, today it's the 10th of March and I am still experiencing the same issues....I am now fed up and annoyed can all the above mention companies replace my daughter's phone with a new proper working phone or refund me, @pepcell @mobicell @vodacom I am not happy at all, I would like an emmediate respond regarding this issue
