MTN mobicell Cherry Tablets

<p>I bought my Son a Mobicel Cherry Tablet on the 26 November 2016, I was infor med that the warranty for exchange is 7 days, day the phone wasn't working and I couldn't return the phone to the store and could only return in after their OBF which was 05 December 2016, I was informed that the Tablet will be taken to the service provider for repair as I have returned it after 7 days, I contacted CNA more than 4 times for progress report, I spoke to Lizzete but she has not got to me, she said she is still doing follow up with MTN to this day my Son has no tablet and needs to use it at school, please assist </p>
