Mobicell V6 mifi router

I've been reading the reviews on the mobicel V6 mifi router and i must say i am very disappointed. I received mine yesterday and the same issues that everyone experiences, i am experiencing. The network light is red, and the router itself keeps shutting down. I cannot connect to the internet. This is ridiculous. We pay money for these routers yet they don't work. If Mobicel has received so many bad reviews on this product, why then has the issue not been sorted out. Most of us buy these routers because we really need them and it is what we can afford, however Mobicel as a company have set back and not done anything about this issues. This is nonsense. Do something or i will be taking this further. Solve my issue or return my money, simple. Unbelievable
