Mobicell Sub-par Quality

I bought a a Cellular Device from Mobicell less than a week ago, specifically the R9, their flagship with a good price. I went to put on a glass screen guard and everything was going swimmingly. After a day or so of use, i used a cleaner and small cloth and lightly sprayed my screen to wipe it clean. 5 minutes later i had watermark beneath my screen. I have used entry level devices but never had i seen such poor design. Had i known i would either not have bought the phone or if i had, not cleaned the screen.
