Mobicell South Africa
I am disappointed in mobicell. I bought a phone last year December at a TFG store, Markams Savanah Mall in Polokwane, which few months later has become faulty. I had taken the phone in for repairs, and was told it was going to take 3 weeks to get it back. I than received an SMS to pay R242 why? A phone that's still under warranty and has been sent in for a software issue they now return and say it's because of a crack on the screen. I advise that they must not do anything and return the phone now they refusing to send my cellphone back because they demanding I pay R250 for what???
I am sick and tired of this bad service I am receiving I will never recommend anyone to buy your brand.
You cannot force a customer to pay a fee of R250 for a cellphone that hasn't been repaired as it's still under guarantee.
I will be laying a formal complaint with my lawyer against Mobicel & this poor service I am receiving
This is **************** and most definitely against consumer laws. There is no fine print indicating that if you do send the phone for repairs you will pay to have a phone which is rightfully yours returned to you at a fee of R250
