Mobicell sells broken phones!
My grandmother bought a phone at Mr Price (Thabong Mall) in July. After only 2-3 days the phone stopped working and she returned it to the store, where they took it in for 3 months, after 3 months, which was about 2 weeks ago, they called her to come and collect the phone, when she got home it still did not work and she returned it back to Mr Price at Thabong mall, where she was called after 2 days to say that the phone won't be fixed because it has water damage, which is very ironic and funny that when it was taken in for 3 months no one picked up the apparent "water damage" when my grandmother asked how is it that the water damage was not picked up before, the consultant said they cannot answer that because he does not fix phones, when my grandmother asked for a refund or a new phone, they did not do that, they just took the phone and said she will here from them, it's over a week now and nothing has been said and my grandmother is phoneless as we speak
