Mobicell repairs over 6 weeks now

Hello Peter I am writing this in frustration for not getting my phone back from the repair center. I sent my phone back to Edgars Cresta mall on the 6th of November and I was given a 21 days to finish repairs. They say they don't get feedback from Mobicell repair center. It's like I am waiting for car parts to be imported. This is taking forever and I checked the shop every week after 21 days still no luck.
