Mobicell Repairs after one month

Good day<br> I bought th mobicell hero x tablet combo package in December. I am very unhappy with the product I was supp**** with. Im not sure whether its poor workmanship or inferior quality, but both my tablets was taken back to the store for repairs. The one just switched off by itself and the other didnt want to charge anymore. All this within a month of purchasing. I took it back to the place I bought the tablets, which is FOSCHINI in CALEDON-WESTERN CAPE. Its been almost two months that the tablets have been booked in for repairs, and everytime we go to the store the tablets aren't there. Nobody even called with a progress report or anything.
