Mobicell excite bundle👎

Two mobicell excite bundle I bought for both my boys.The first one after 3 weeks use it lost all drivers we tried everything reloading drivers package reinstalling windows 10 nothing worked we had to send it back to mobicell.The second 1 a year later same problem .So please guys who's reading this don't consider buying this product for your kids it's endless headache.Theres definitely a glitch with there product.
