Mobicell does not exist !Dont ever buy

Bought a Mobicell Pulse at Markams-Bayside.Trying to get hold of mobicell for the last three months but no one can help me.My phone just died for no reason and none of the numbers work.I have been trying other cell shops but they all say they can help me and do not touch mobicell phones.My phone is or was still under guarentee and is spotless and i seldom use the phone ..im 58 so no games etc. just phone calls.Im sitting without a cell phone now for three months and still no joy.I got a number as listed on the internet for Markams Bayside but the number also does not work.Now i see they are advertising again and my phone-Pulse is not even on their list of phones available......strange setup and very dissapointing.
