Mobicell Company is hard on its customers

I bought a mobicell tablet about 9 months ago from game store , I am so dissatisfied the tablet because it broke on it's own for no reason at all I was looking through my emails and the tablet got stuck and switched off from that it was only rebooting itself over and over I tried every fix on the net and even took it to first a repair and they told me it's to expensive to fix It would be better to buy a new one I was in shock I just leave it in my draw now, out of frustration I sent mobicell 3 emails to explain what had happened and I recieved 0 answers not a single bit of help, I wanted my money back or a new phone but I got the cold no response, that why I'm writing this review to prepare who ever buys from them any type of phone it will break in less than a year, and you won't get no help.
