Mobicell cellphone bought at Pep Cell faulty all the time

<p>Good Afternoon</p> <p>I bought a Mobicell cell phone at pep cell for my boyfriend as a Christmas preset. The phone has been giving problems from the start. We took it in to pep cell for 4 times now and they dont want to refund me or exchange it for a new phone. Now everytime the phone has to go in for repairs and then he is without a phone which is very upsetting</p>
