Mobicel Pure - Worst Cellpohne Service of my life

<p>I bought a Mobicel Pure, on the 2nd of February 2017, 2 months ago. Everytime my phone dies because of the battery, when i finally get it on it wont read my sim cards.</p> <p>I have reported this to Mobicel who continuously tells me to hand in my phone for 14 days without getting another phone to use.</p> <p>So because of their factory faults i have to suffer without a cellphone for 14 days. this is unacceptable. I will never recommend anyone to buy any Mobicel phone if this is the service they give for their faults.</p>
