Mobicel is selling ******* to the already financial burden public
Worse phone ever, phone just get stuck. Have to switch it off numerous times a day. Can't double tap on it or type fast as it suddenly will enlarge the screen out of proportion. Absolutely should not be sold in any shop. It's a **** on consumers. One needs a phone and then get the best deal. Sure!!! In today's time Mobicel you should be ashamed of yourselves for marketing and Selling this *******. Shame on you to make the poor poorer.

21 May 2020, 07:42It's a mobicell beam. The product has so many errors. I cannot believe who agrees to get this out into the market to be sold. Cause their standards must be incredibly low. It's really a shame. Many people can't afford a brand name phone however it's the consumers right to still get a product that works. Yours doesn't. So here is the trick. If I send it to you, I have no means of communication and I'm R 600 short. So we will go back and forth. And the consumer loose. Now you tell me on this site which is a public forum, what are you going to do?

Kindly advise when was the device purchased? please take it back to the store of purchase and ask them to contact Mobicel customer service and ask to speak to Thembi as per my senior if it's within six months of purchase & there's no liquid/physical damage, they will credit you.
