Mobicel is a Waste!

I got a phone from The Fix Potchefstroom for R450. In no less than a month the phone was faulty so I took it back for repairs. Long story short, Mobicel sent me a message stating I should reply 1. Have the phone fixed for a fee of R641, 2. Reject offer and 3. For queries. Of course, I didn't pick option 1 seeing that the value of the phone is less than what it costs to have it fixed so I'll reject but that too comes with a cost of R250 which is ridiculous. I knew not to expect much in terms of quality when it comes to getting an R450 smartphone but I feel so disrespected by this company expecting me to pay for their faulty products. DO NOT buy anything Mobicel guys. Waste of money
