Mobicel Customer Service is Out of this World

I had a negative experience with the first Mobicel I purchased. After a lot of frustration I posted a angry post on this site to really just vent. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine such a incredible response from Mobicel.

They made me feel like a customer whose business they valued and whose problems mattered. The quickness of their responses and the seriousness that they treated my struggles was out of this world. They treated me as if I was a customer they refusing to lose. What a team of people. Within 48 hours they had couriered a replacement phone to my door. Incredible. Thank you Mavis & Jeff!
