Malfunctioning Cell Phone

I bought a new Mobicel phone EGO Blue on the 30 November 2019 at Pick and Pay and ever since I bought this phone it keeps on stating memory full, remember the phone comes a 4GIG on board memory and I also added another external 8GIG though the phone keeps on stating memory full and whats suprising me is that I only have 6 pictures and nothing at all beside my contact numbers and I have contact the Mobicel Team regarding this firstly through their website and again I have also send 3 emails to them with my personal email address regarding this up to as Im writing this email I havent had any response regarding this and I did advise them that I'll be escalating this issue regarding thie phone......may I please be contact regarding this issue as I cant use my phone
