irritated and frustrated mobicel

<p>I got a mobicel hero X tablet,nit even a year later I had problems charging it. Battery was swollen,and just needed a new battery and seeing that the phone was still under warnety I took it back to American Swiss just to be toldthat I'm without a phone for 8 weeks. I think that mobicel service is disgusting to make Someone wait 8 weeks just to have a battery replaced. If not longer. As I went into American Swiss the other day to find out how much longer I'm going to wait. They phoned mobicel,and told me they haven't even looked at the phone yet. I mean seriously. I need my phone back </p>
