i went to 3 stores 2 in heidelberg 1 in nigel and the service was pathetic they could not even give an email of a store manager or direct me to one, i bought a cellphone and the following day it was not working ,went to nearest store no help , last store was even worse ,i had to google store number, i had to google email address to send my bitter experience with them, i left my number for them to call , nothing happened ,i lost my money cos they refused to assist me , phone was bought last week thursday
