from processing to delivered

I placed an order for a mobicel smartphone from the company's website on the 3rd of October. In the beginning I had problems with my order status that kept on saying processing even after two days. I thought that maybe they did not receive my order, which got me worried a lot. I contacted the company concerning my order and they reassured me that it was received and that it was on its way to my address. surely enough, two days after that encounter, I got surprised when the delivery people showed up on my door.

I just want to thank the mobicel team that was responsible for my order and also communicating with me throughout the whole step so that as a customer I did not have to be worried and making sure that the order got delivered safely. Definitely a happy ending.
