Extremely bad customer and after sales service

I bought a mobicel tablet at the Exact store (Problem is not with exact though) 6 days after having the phone the phone's screen showed white and I return the phone. Phone got sent away for repairs and I got it back

One week after getting phone back the screen act up again, phone got sent away the second time around and then Mobicell got back to me saying Lcd of the screen is damaged and this time i need to pay. First time around the phone screens was also the problem. Now suddenly when I sent it back it's said that it's the lcd and I need to pay Then I called them and said no 400rands is too much they can send the phone back

A month went by with no word from the tablet. I eventually called now they telling me I have to pay for the courier to deliver my phone back to Cape Town again

After sales service of Mobicell is extremely bad and if I knew I would never ever have bought this tablet. R1300 TABLET giving me more hell then enjoying it.
