EXTREME INCOMPETEND Technician JEFF

Sent in a Mobicel V6-1 4g Router for repairs as it is still under Warranty. On receiving the router back the form said NO FAULT FOUND. The router was not even Factory resetted as to when we started it up in store it still had my personal Username and Password. Still I could NOT RETRIEVE ANY SMS'es and same battery swollen. The Technician name is Jeff. Got a picture of the return slip. I requested my money back, bought a brand new one and after setting it up I could retrieve SMS etc etc. These kind of Technicians do not even belong in a ****a shop-----
