DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A MOBICELL PHONE!
I bought a Mobicell phone in March this year at Foschini Eastgate, and 3 months later it stopped working. I took it back to be repaired and they said it wasn't the battery, it was the actual phone. They replaced it with another phone and said they fixed it. 2 months later I took the phone back since I was having the same problem as before. Now they tell me I have to pay R500 for repairs as it's allegedly "water damaged"! I would like people to be warned not to buy Mobicell as it lasts only 3 months and the after sales service is disgusting!!!

Thank you for the prompt reply. I do not have a BER report and the IMEI number is with the phone. The original phone had iMEI number *** but it was replaced with another one which is the one that's in for repairs now. Foschini Eastgate has all the details but the reference given to me for payment of the repairs is 386007. You don't give me your contact details so I cannot send you an email except on this platform.

What absolute confidence they have in their product! I reiterate my original statement so that other people are not fooled : DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A MOBICELL PHONE!
