Dont care about after sale service at all

<p>A tablet was sold from my store and gave the customer a problem within a month of purchase, she brought it in for repairs and we sent it to the 3G mobile repairs centre. They received it on the 2 nd of June, today its the 11 july and it has not returned. Each time we call we are told off line or be put on hold for litteraly more than 30 minutes. What happened to 7 working days turnaround time, what about puting the customer first. If they cant fix it, why not authorise a replacement? Now as i type this long story, i am still holding the line for an opperator. So unprofetional.</p>
