Defective Products

I had initially lost my cellular phone and decided to buy this particular handset from a CNA branch in Sandton as I needed a handset urgently for work purposes. The handset initially seemed to work fine. That is only for the first 2 hours and by that time I was already on the road back to Swaziland. The handset now seems to running out of memory space and seems to be not launching the desktop therefore i cannot get to my messages or my emails and these are particularly important to me. I am therefore highly frustrated with this mobicel trendy handset and therefore want to say Android is not all its cut out to be and neither are these phones. These should be taken of the market by MTN and this disgusts me that they can be associated with this type of product. I have only had the handset for 8 days and unable to return it within the 7 day period as I work out of the country.

Please note i only have my banking app and whatsapp installed as well on the handset. I have worked in the cellular industry for 14 years prior to me moving to another country and this is the worst experience i have had with any phone.

Highly dissatisfied and disgusted by the product.
