purchased a mobicell on the month of February at Maponya Markams a view months later devices would not respond when opperating it too it in was told its water damaged which is caused by the mist when on the call especialy on the a long call which this was cornfimed by a tenchician at Mobicell named Nkululekho with the the job number 137494 IMEI ********** ********** 3 As im failing to understand the phone being damaged by liquid yet the phone was never accidentally spilled by liquid from the mist when on the long calls as based on the report only the arrea of the mic was affected .
