Bad service delivery

Hello. Mobicell is **** I bought a tablet monocle zoom the phone only work for the weeks than it stopped working it totally shutdown I booked it in for repairs at an arkamans store then they told me it was “water damaged” they said it might be “mist” I told them not to fix it they wanted me to pay 300 because they checked it... then al of a sudden they brought back the phone without me paying a cent only because they broke my screen I took it back to them then they brought it back with a second hand screen full of scratches
