Bad service

Hello am Ruth Molefe my cell no is *** Email adress: ***<br> I bought a mobicel phone in September 2014 @ Markham's i Maponya and in February 2015 I took it for repair cause it didn't switch on.I waited for 2 months for my phone everytime I go to Markham's @ Maponya the salesman by the name of Xolani will say the phone is nt yet back.In April Mobicel returned my phone unfixed they say the screen has cracked so they won't repair.If they say they got there phone with a cracked screen why they kept it for 2 month's.. Mobicel policy say:<br> 6.We will quote on the repair within 24 hours of receipt of your repair.<br> <br> 7.Once a quote is accepted and payment is received we will repair the unit and have it despatched to you within 2 days (depending on availabilty of spare parts).<br> So in my case what happened to the POLICY? The phone is still @ Markhams Maponya
