The ******** enterprise called Mobi360

I have been using Vodacom on a prepaid basis for some time. On January 17 I purchased a Gb, which in principle can last about a month. On January 28 I checked my data as I was to make a special birthday call on the 29th. There was well more than 200 Mb available. On Sunday morning I couldn’t make the call as I was told I had no data! I then bought R 35 of airtime to make the call. The person wasn’t available so I left a message to phone me. No other calls were made. However, the next morning the R 35 was gone. I went to Vodacom to complain. They checked my account and found that I was “subscribed” to a Mobi360, who was happily *****ing my data and airtime. How one can be “subscribed” to something without your knowledge is beyond me, but then in Mafia South Africa I guess anything is possible. This is an extension of the *******ion scourge we have had to live with. Fortunately Vodacom just blocked all third parties from my phone – good for them!
