Over promise, under delivery

On the 20th July I ordered a tablet with the said company, Order Number: ***. The ball was set emotion and JP sent me an e-mail after submitting all required documents to a Marlon Lee Colom. Expectations were set and promises made. However the sad part of this situation is the lack of feedback from Marlon who since the application process has started, I always had to call him for feedback as he never meets to his promises. Since then it has been excuses from him. It's either dispatch does not have stock, dispatch has stock but do not want to give him the IMEI number which he needs to release the tablet, Friday 24th he honoured to deliver himself and suddenly on Monday 27, he cannot deliver, he is waiting for his driver. I then requested to speak to his manager Matthew, who also mentioned he will do his best to have the goods delivered. 28/07/2015 after a promise from Marlon to call me back today for delivery arrangements, I had to hound him to only be told that my tablet has been discontinued and will make a plan for today. Now I have had to request to have his manager to deal with the issue, waiting to see how that goes as Marlon promised for today.
