MOBI WAREHOUSE - WORST MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER

I have a cellphone contract with mobiwarehouse for a tablet (ASUS) prior to me purchasing this device i called in and asked what they would recommend and one of the consultants sold the ASUS tablet i was happy to try something new so i accepted the offer with a bit of hesitation because i had never heard of the brand before. a month after i purchased it the screen cracked it took me over 6months to get the screen because no one in gauteng had it,evenually it was repaired for R800. In 2015 beginning of nov the phone stopped charging i advised the mobiwarehouse of this they collected the phone and said because it was scratched they could not help but i advised them the phone was working perfect with the crack. They took it to a repair centre in GEORGE so they say and the feedback was that it is uneconomical to repair the device,the second repair centre quoted R3000 saying the motherboard is not working due to a mechanical or electrical failure. Matthew the only Manger @ mobiwarehouse advised that they will not be paying that money because the phone is out of warranty,the contract states all devices are covered for 24months. NOW IM COVERED BUT HE SAYS ITS COSMETIC? REALLY ?
