Horrible service. Dysfunctional phones

I thought my phone August. Immediately when I got it I realised it had a charging problem. Immediately requested I return it and get my money back but was ignored. A month later speaker was not working. The Apple Pay feature does not work and they are not doing anything to help me. As long as I gave them the money, they don’t care.
