Poor service by Mobi Rocket

Good day Madam/Sir,

This relates to Claim ********** . The service is very poor. The salesperson always make empty promises. He claims that his suppliers are giving him problems. Essentially he is making his problems our problems. Very unprofessional. I strongly advice against using Mobi Rocket. I do not why an insurance company can use such unprofessional service provider.
