Poor service

The worst E hailing insurance. I signed up with them 2 months ago. I requested policy documents i still don’t have them .Very difficult to get hold of them. Service very poor. The worst is that they will debit your account and you can’t even reverse the debit order and they are refusing to cancel the insurance. They will never give you a direct line to cancellation. They always say they will call you back and they don’t. Very unprofessional. Do not make a mistake to sign up with them
