MOANA ACCOMODATION
we had a booking with MOANA ACCOMMODATION - a month before our booking date we came to see there was no security, i whatsupp Karen to advise her the year before we had a very bad experience and she promised security alarm in place that area gets tickets and no one allowed in, never less to say we went on holiday and what a nightmare first we got there the place outside looked terrible the yard was dirty we i start asking about the alarm i was told this is with WOOLF TO SORT OUT that night we found a person in the yard they came two days later to install the security not happening, the lights was broken the toilet was leaking the other bathroom had water running al***** when i told Jan he said well they busy for a house we paid 15000 rand was not a sent worth this - when i phoned my lawyers and advised them they said we had to take picture , when i requested my deposit back she is taking 1000 rand for scribble on the wall and the cupboard broken this was not broken when we left do not trust this people other bad reviews as well

Security guard at our cost was stationed at the property during your whole stay
Leaks was fixed soon as you told us about it

hi no leaks was fixed when we told whatever his name is he said this was a problem you **** about everything in this house
where did the children get a pen to scribble we were to afraid to stay in that house because you **** to us about the security alarm
so get your fact together strange you painted the wall shame poor people that had to sleep in the house with the paint smell
