I booked a 12 sleeper holiday home

I booked a 12 sleeper holiday home. The pictures looked good but when I got there it was a old unattractive place with a serious damp wall problem. My family and I couldn't bear the damp smell. Other issues were no basic things like soap or towel holders in the bathroom .no vanity in any bedroom we had to use lounge mirror. Absolutely uncomfortable beds.Not enough bedding during winter. Geyser water only enough for 3people to shower.
