car licence via MtnMoMo

i download mtn app MoMo and made use of it by buying my car licence with it on the 2020/07/13, i then send all documents as requested to *** they accept all and promise to deliver!!!!! i then received on the cell phone messages that say i am blocked they cannot issue the licence. i the send i mail to mtmmomo@carlicence,zendesk,com on 2020/07/28 and on 2020/07/29. I did phone them about 10 times!!! they phoned me about 4 times, promising they will send licence they have a back log. i instructed them to refund me because of them not to be trustworthy. On the end off the day i myself did get my licence by the post office, at that time they have told me they will refund i must send my banking details, i have send it 5 times, now they still send me messages they cannot get the licence, ****it, i have the licence, stop lying and pay back my money!!! for 3 weeks i have phoned and mail then more than 20 times, how long does it take to get service from them?
