my parcel was sent and the purple bottle hair colour conditioner was open and stained all my hair beyond repair to what was blonde to dark purple. I now sit with purple extensions even though Im blonde. the owner Mimi Oosthuizen blocked me on whatsapp when I complained. I want my new bottle of purple conditioner aswell as hair that I paid ALLOT for. If she doesnt refund my money or send me new hair in the next 5 days I’m opening a police case against her, I Know my rights as a customer. no excuses. Mimi Oosthuizen if your client service is so good do the right thing, I received purple stained hair because the silver shampoo wasnt properly closed and leaked through the whole bag and hair.
