Terrible experience with this Company

Their executive Director, Lisa Baldo promised to have dining chairs made for me and after many many promises and no delivery I went and fetched the chairs from the upholsterer myself on Christmas Eve as had no chairs for Christmas and they were a mess. Trying to have chairs fetched and refund and nothing.
