PATHETIC RENTAL PROPERTY AGENT/COMPANY

I am currently renting from M.N.M PROPERTIES. Muhammed Khan over charges on the rental as well as the water bills. He fails to show how the water is divided by 3 tenants on the property. Keeps threatening to remove us from the property even though all rental is up to date...these threats comes when we request proof of water usage as its 8months of empty promises...of individual prepaid metre being installed. As well as **** to us about the security on the property, electric fence doesnt work kitchen basin is sinking in as well as sliding door gate that doesn't lock . When we request proof that our deposit is in an INTEREST-BEARING ACCOUNT as stated in the lease which is a legal binding document he ignore us . He now charges a R500 call out fee to come and see us . Also although all rental has been paid he threatens to add a penalty fee of R500 for late payments WHEN INFACT HE SENDS INVOICES LATE. . P.S I have proof of all that i have just stated above ***. Muhammed Khan
