No answer or support

Owner entered my property without my written consent.When I phoned Dalene Kruger to discuss this matter,she was very rude saying that the owner indeed has access at any given time,which according to LAW,this is not accurate.When emailing her due to a dispute I'm currently having,I'm still awaiting a response.I would rate this as very bad customer service.
