Horrible building materials - thatchfield ridge estate

Thatchfiels ridge estate - rua vista ext 18. Over priced properties with poor building materials ans sub standard construction. House is a year old but already has outside wall cracks. Tiles fall off the rood when its windy. Inside tiles are lose. Doors swell up in rainy seasons and can barely open. Other doors let water inside the house. Poor plumbing .. the list is endless..
