3rd day without Power

hi there, I am a tenant at Hibiscus Complex in Brackenfell paradise Rd. my power went off Monday the 13th July and i reported to my Agent which told me she couldn't send people at that time, the next day (14th July) people came and said they cannot fix the problem and i called the agent again and she told me again that the problem is with the cable and the body corporate can only send someone on the 15th which is today, but up until now it is not fixed, and the guy i spoke whose name is Terence from body corporate was just rude and told me they don't know when my power will be fixed and i must just wait. The most frustrating thing about this whole issue, i have to call these people in order to get feedback, no one even has the decency to call and let me know what is going not even the agent. i don't know even today when i am gonna have power but i am paying R5000 rent every month. Now can somebody tell me if this is fair.
