Terrible way you receive your highly expensive certicates back from them

Zero stars we have done servial certificates through this company were we have received such good service I did my police clearance last week and the way I received it is terrible looked like it was handled bad or courier guy let their kids played with my certicate before it got delivered I paid more than R3200 and this is the terrible response I receive from the lady at clearance 101

Apologies , we had given the courier guy the document, but it was not man handled .

It might be that the courier guys were careless.
