Process was explained to take 15-20 working days. Followed up on December 9th, 2022 and advised that DHA has not issued it yet. Followed up on January 9th, 2023 – No response Followed up on January 12th, 2023 – No response Followed up on January 16th, 2023 – No response Followed-up on January 19th, 2023 – No response Followed up on January 31st, 2023 – No response

Paid R1750 deposit upfront and have not been able to get any feedback for nearly 2 months. Emails, WhatsApss and telephone calls remain unanswered. Service is non-excitant. Be careful for this service provider.
